We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end facilities management operations across telecom infrastructure, including offices, technical buildings, and data centers. The role requires strong expertise in MEP systems, vendor management, and service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall facilities operations (Hard & Soft Services) across multiple sites

• Ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, UPS, Generators)

• Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance plans

• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI targets

• Handle breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

• Manage and evaluate FM contractors and service providers

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE regulations

• Prepare and manage budgets, cost control, and optimization initiatives

• Lead and manage teams of engineers, supervisors, and technicians

• Maintain reports, audits, and documentation using CAFM/CMMS systems

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure high service quality
