· Answer and screen telephone calls and take messages and redirect inquiries necessary.
· Schedule, confirm and manage appointment and maintain executive calendars
· Greet visitors, manage guest to appropriate destinations.
· Handle and manage incoming and outgoing emails with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Draft, type and prepare client contracts, brief clients alongside the CEO/MD
· Take dictation and respond to client’s inquiries of behalf of CEO/MD
· Prepare and deliver professional client presentation.
· Conduct research, compile date and statistics and general documents for project and pricing proposal as per advice by CEO/MD
· Manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
· Coordinate and implement online marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram’s, Facebook, twitter, and other’s social media
· Perform additional administrative and executive support duties as required
