  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory. -establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Product Demonstrations and Consultations: Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - advise customers on appropriate equipment, ensuring specifications meet their requirements.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and order closing. - Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. - provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in laboratory or analytical equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of sales within the fields of academia, research, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.
  • A valid UAE driving license is a must.
