Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for candidates, especially from the Philippines
Communicate with applicants in Filipino (Tagalog) to guide them through application, documentation, and onboarding stages
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with clients
Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records
Liaise with partner agencies in the Philippines for sourcing and deployment
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor laws and Istiqdam regulations
Assist with visa processing, documentation, and follow-ups
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment office
