- Support financial planning and budgeting for high-rise development projects
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to monitor project expenditures and payment schedules
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and summaries for senior management
- Assist in managing investor payment schedules and collections
- Handle documentation for banks, DLD, and other regulatory authorities
- Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and compliance
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations across the project lifecycle
