- Lead the design and execution of fitout projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and formulate effective strategies for space optimization.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using advanced design software, ensuring precision and clarity.
- Specializing in commercial/Office fit-outs
- Responsible for leading the design process from conceptualization to execution
- Strong competency in creating 2D and 3D designs will be crucial to visualize and execute fit-out concepts effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including installations and finishing works
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve seamless execution
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects, with a proven portfolio of completed works
