- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage labor teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with management and contractors.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle site-related challenges independently.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports on labor, materials, and timelines for transparency.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, optimizing project flow.
- Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs without compromising quality.
- Drive compliance with local building codes and regulations, ensuring all installations meet legal and safety requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status to upper management.
