- Promote and pitch Gigsta’s creative subscription services to startups, SMEs, and agencies across the UAE
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person (as preferred) to generate qualified leads
- Understand client needs and confidently explain the value of the design subscription model
- Achieve monthly targets (e.g., closing 10 clients = AED 6,000/month commission)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat sales
- Handle objections professionally and follow up with leads persistently
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of closed clients
- Share feedback from the market to help improve sales pitch and positioning
- Maintain basic tracking/reporting of outreach efforts and conversion status
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and a client-first attitude
