Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with basic VAT filing and record-keeping
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices
- Perform data entry and manage filing systems accurately
- Create and post company updates, marketing content, and promotions on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage conference room schedules
- Draft and send business correspondence professionally
- Support the sales team with client communication and follow-ups
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized front desk area
