Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation
  • Assist with basic VAT filing and record-keeping
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices
  • Perform data entry and manage filing systems accurately
  • Create and post company updates, marketing content, and promotions on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage conference room schedules
  • Draft and send business correspondence professionally
  • Support the sales team with client communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized front desk area
