Job Overview
Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors. Also, assist with general office administrative functions.
- Promptly and courteously greet and receive visitors, ascertains nature of business, and direct visitor to appropriate person or area.
- Professionally answer and handle all incoming calls by providing excellent customer service to callers by routing calls to appropriate person.
- Perform a variety of clerical and word processing functions.
- May assist with scanning, reviewing and submitting of Accounts Payable documents.
- Sorting, opening and distributing in-coming mail.
- Provide support by assisting in other functions as needed.
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work Assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
