We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the UAE market. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure—while maintaining a strong and predictable sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and field visits Identify and connect with decision-makers (SMEs & corporates) Present IT solutions by translating technical offerings into business value Manage and nurture leads through the full sales cycle Build and maintain long-term client relationships Maintain CRM updates and share weekly sales reports Develop and refine sales strategies for consistent pipeline growth
