As we expand, we’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team full-time and support our content and audience growth across platforms.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for someone who lives online and understands fandom culture, especially anime, pop culture, and story-driven content. This role is full-time (8 hours/day) and fully remote within the UAE. You’ll be working closely with our content team to plan, post, and engage across multiple social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, instagram
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and DMs in a timely and friendly manner
• Track trends, memes, and relevant content moments to share or adapt
• Support scheduling and content planning
• Work with our team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns
• Monitor analytics and provide basic performance updates

Who We’re Looking For:

• Based in the UAE (remote work setup)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms
• Familiarity with anime, fantasy, fandoms, and storytelling culture
• Reliable, organized, and proactive
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with tools like Canva, scheduling apps (Later, Buffer, etc.), and light video editing is a bonus

• Full-time: 8 hours/day
• Flexible hours with regular coordination and check-ins
