- Install, configure, and maintain gaming PCs, consoles , VR systems, and related peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in gaming systems and related IT infrastructure.
- Ensure all systems are updated with the latest firmware, drivers, patches, and security updates.
- Monitor system performance and resolve network issues (latency, connectivity, etc.) affecting gameplay.
- Maintain gaming servers, including local LAN servers and cloud-based hosting environments.
- Perform routine maintenance, testing, and performance optimization of gaming equipment.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and asset inventories.
