- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including VAT reporting and filing.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for landlords, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Pay utility bills and other related expenses on time to avoid service interruptions.
- Maintain organized files for all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the company’s financial performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support overall department goals and objectives.
