  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including VAT reporting and filing.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for landlords, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Pay utility bills and other related expenses on time to avoid service interruptions.
  • Maintain organized files for all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on the company’s financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support overall department goals and objectives.
