• Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in the UAE .
• Must be available in UAE with a valid driving license .
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المقاولات المدنية (ويُفضل داخل الإمارات)
• التواجد داخل الدولة ورخصة قيادة سارية

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for civil works
• Manage laborers, subcontractors, and materials
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and report to the site/project engineer
• Solve technical issues and liaise with consultants and inspectors
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of tasks

• إدارة العمال والمقاولين من الباطن والمواد
• التأكد من الالتزام بالمواصفات والمعايير الفنية والسلامة
• متابعة تقدم العمل ورفع تقارير للمهندس المسؤول
• حل المشكلات الفنية والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمفتشين
• ضمان الجودة وتسليم الأعمال في الوقت المحدد
