- Facilitate access to psychosocial support services, addressing emotional and mental health concerns.
- Conduct patient and family education sessions on symptom management and self-care techniques.
- Assist with palliative care measures, focusing on pain relief and quality of life for terminally ill patients.
- Stay updated on the latest oncology practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety in the oncology ward.
