  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and ensuring accuracy of reservations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet guest needs, such as housekeeping for room requests or maintenance for repairs.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide recommendations and assistance to guests.
  • Handle guest requests for amenities, such as extra towels or room service, promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing paperwork and filing system.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures and privacy of guest information.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure a high level of guest service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in guest service to continuously improve performance and exceed guest expectations.
