We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to take ownership of our growth journey. This leader will not just drive sales numbers but also shape the brand story, positioning Designsmith as the go-to name in the ultra-luxury fit-out and joinery sector.
The role demands a blend of strategy and execution:-
On the sales side, you will lead the business development team, ensuring accountability, performance, and relationship building at the highest level.- On the marketing side, you will be the storyteller and brand custodian, crafting narratives that resonate with HNWIs, developers, architects, and luxury lifestyle audiences.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Sales Leadership- Lead and inspire the BD team with clear targets, accountability dashboards, and ongoing training.
2. Build and manage high-value client relationships (developers, architects, consultants, luxury brands, UHNWIs).
3. Create and execute strategies to secure multi-million AED projects consistently.
4. Represent Designsmith as the face of the brand at industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings.
5. Ensure structured reporting, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
6. Marketing & Brand- Develop and execute a compelling luxury brand narrative across digital, print, and experiential channels.
7. Oversee content direction, storytelling campaigns, case studies, client testimonials, high-impact social media.
8. Direct collaborations with PR agencies, photographers, designers, and luxury partners.
9. Implement internal and external communication frameworks to ensure consistent messaging.
10. Establish Designsmith as a thought leader in luxury interiors through events, media, and partnerships.
