DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and requests.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
Answer and forward phone calls.
Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records.
