Lead the team of Housekeeping Assistants and ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied
Train Housekeeping Assistants on cleaning and maintenance tasks
Check rooms and common areas (including stairways) for cleanliness to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in the room are as per the standard and need for immediate repairs are reported
Schedule shifts and arrange replacements in case of absence
Respond to guests complaints and special requests
Participate in large cleaning projects as required
Check and order cleaning supplies
Ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained
