Job Purpose:
The HR Admin will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring company policies are effectively implemented and followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and termination notices as required
Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Monitor attendance and leave records and ensure all documentation is submitted on time
Ensure timely submission and filing of sick leave, annual leave, and other HR-related forms
Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and procedures
Assist in payroll processing by collecting relevant data like absences, leaves, and overtime
Maintain and update HR databases and employee files in a confidential and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
Coordinate employee welfare activities, HR documentation, and administrative tasks
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment status
