About the role: We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support and compliance with Qatar labour rules. Key responsibilities End-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Employee relations and grievance handling. Maintain HR records, contracts and HRIS updates. Support payroll administration and attendance tracking. Coordinate performance reviews, training logistics and benefits administration. Experience & skills Bachelor’s in HR, Business or related field. 2–5 years HR experience (GCC/Qatar preferred). Strong knowledge of employment lifecycle and HRIS. Excellent communication (English; Arabic helpful). Familiarity with Qatar labour regulations and wage protection practices.
