  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to Team Leader and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, employee engagement programs, including expiries & renewals, asset management, facilities management, and more.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
