We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of HR experience, with proven expertise in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within a construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full HR spectrum – recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE
  • Manage site-based workforce documentation and HR processes
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Handle performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate with site managers for manpower planning and mobilization
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in the construction industry
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience handling a multicultural workforce across multiple sites
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
