We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of HR experience, with proven expertise in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within a construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full HR spectrum – recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Manage site-based workforce documentation and HR processes
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Handle performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with site managers for manpower planning and mobilization
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience handling a multicultural workforce across multiple sites
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
