Role Overview
We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven HR Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong recruitment mindset, the ability to close positions within tight timelines, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
This role demands ownership, accountability, and strong negotiation skills to attract high-quality talent across multiple functions and multiple hierarchies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to on-boarding).
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Close positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates aggressively through Linked-In, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations.
Shortlist high-quality candidates aligned with business goals.
Maintain a ready database of pre-screened candidates.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate closely with hiring managers and leadership.
Understand manpower planning and workforce strategy.
Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as: Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Source Effectiveness
Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
