We are hiring a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance, managing recruitment processes, and supporting our workforce in line with business needs. Candidates should have prior experience in HR functions, preferably in a consultancy or IT firm, and must be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal standards.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in a consultancy or IT company )
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai if currently based in India.
