Maintain and update employee records (HRIS/database), both digital and physical files
Prepare and process HR documents: contracts, NOCs, salary certificates, clearances, licensing applications (DHA/MOH/visa)
Support payroll and attendance tracking: collect attendance data, prepare input for payroll team, handle routine queries
Coordinate onboarding, employee orientation and training logistics; assist in L&D or Emiratization initiatives where applicable (e.g., schools)
Handle employee inquiries on HR policies, leaves, benefits, and relations while maintaining confidentiality. Generate routine HR reports and metrics for management
Support compliance audits, policy implementation, and process improvement as assigned
