- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven solutions for improved organizational performance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, partnering with recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations.
