Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with client requirements and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification (HAZID) for all work activities.
Ensure strict compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk operations.
Perform regular site inspections, audits, and compliance checks to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE performance and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for workforce awareness.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment across all site activities.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and records as per project standards.
Support implementation of emergency response plans and participate in drills.
Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and client representatives on all HSE matters.
Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
