- Develop and implement HSSE policies and procedures for railway projects in compliance with local regulations and international standards

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSSE standards

- Provide HSSE training and support to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

- Develop emergency response plans and conduct emergency drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents

- Monitor and report on HSSE performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Liaise with clients and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with HSSE requirements

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HSSE processes and procedures

- Manage a team of HSSE professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
