Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently.
- Draft professional emails, performance reports, official correspondence, and internal updates on behalf of the CEO.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items assigned by the CEO.
Human Resource Administration:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.
- Support internal communications and help organize office meetings, celebrations, and staff events.
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs by evaluating employee performance and understanding business requirements.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs and training modules focused on soft skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and system usage.
- Conduct periodic refresher courses and skill development sessions to enhance workforce capability.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and performance benchmarks.
- Mentor and support new joiners and employees during their training and development phase.
