- HVAC Design Expertise: Apply your extensive HVAC design knowledge to develop efficient and effective HVAC systems tailored to the unique demands of the oil and gas industry.
- HAP System Utilization: Proficiently use the HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) system for HVAC load calculations and system design, ensuring optimal performance.
- Desigo and Other Design Systems: Leverage your expertise in design systems like Desigo and others to enhance HVAC system integration and efficiency.
- Oil and Gas Projects: Lead HVAC projects for the oil and gas industry, both onshore and offshore, ensuring compliance with industry-specific requirements and regulations.
- Calculation and Estimation: Perform calculations and cost estimations for HVAC systems, equipment selection, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, and more, with a focus on the oil and gas sector.
- Energy Proposals: Create energy proposals that address the unique challenges of the oil and gas environment, optimizing HVAC system efficiency and energy consumption.
- VOQ Creation: Develop Value of Quotation (VOQ) documents specific to oil and gas projects, outlining project scope, requirements, and cost estimates.
- Document Review: Conduct comprehensive document reviews, gather client inputs, and secure necessary approvals for oil and gas projects.
- Technical Diagrams: Develop and review air flow diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, control philosophy, equipment diagrams, and wiring diagrams for oil and gas applications.
- Automation Familiarity: While not mandatory, familiarity with automation systems in the oil and gas industry is a valuable asset.
- Air Balancing: Ensure proper air balancing within HVAC systems, addressing the unique challenges of oil and gas facilities.
- Team Guidance: Provide expert guidance to the team on wiring and cabling for HVAC systems
- Site Acceptance Tests: Supervise and guide the execution team in conducting site acceptance tests , ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Bid Document Creation: Create comprehensive bid documents with detailed specifications tailored to oil and gas applications.
- Flexibility: Be willing to travel to various onshore and offshore locations as required to support projects.
