•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HVAC products, including VRF systems, chillers, and related components.

•Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, consultants, and contractors on the selection, application, and integration of HVAC systems.

•Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and project requirements.

•Coordinate with factories to get the right product mix at the right time.

•Identify and convert new AMC opportunities through site visits and direct customer interaction

•Clearly explain AMC benefits, scope, and coverage to potential clients

•Prepare AMC quotations, followup with leads and close deals

•Conduct basic technical assessments during pre-sales visits
