- Apply for and receive work permits, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance and safe work procedures.
- Implement HSE requirements and safety measures to protect personnel, public, property, and the environment.
- Verify safety induction and training for all personnel involved.
- Conduct safety toolbox meetings and monitor safety performance.
- Identify and advise on safety hazards and recommend control measures.
- Ensure availability of required safety measures and PPE on-site.
- Monitor the WMS permit system and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
- Manage environmental and waste control measures.
- Inspect site activities like fabrication, welding, and installation for compliance with specifications.
- Perform calibration, loop checks, and testing on various instruments.
- Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and tube leakage testing.
- Manage installation and commissioning of wellhead control panels and oversee cable and tube laying.
