Job Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise on-site teams for the installation, testing, and commissioning of DAS systems. • Ensure all tasks comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. • Coordinate and communicate with engineers, project stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients. • Conduct site inspections, site survey, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions. • Manage and maintain all project documentation including site folders, work progress reports, and material tracking. • Handle all client correspondence and ensure professional communication at every stage of the project. • Train, guide, and evaluate technicians and junior staff on proper installation and maintenance procedures. • Ensure all work aligns with local codes, industry standards, and client expectations. • Collect, consolidate, and present technical and managerial reports to senior management.
