The ICCC Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and managing the Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) product portfolio, ensuring solutions deliver operational value for city operations, public safety, and smart city services. The role bridges business stakeholders, operators, and technical teams to ensure ICCC capabilities evolve in line with operational needs, technology advancements, and strategic priorities.
Product Strategy & Vision
Define ICCC product vision, roadmap, and value proposition.
Align product strategy with smart city and operational objectives.
Identify new use cases and capabilities across city domains.
Conduct market and technology research and benchmarking.
Product Planning & Prioritization
Manage the product backlog and roadmap.
Gather and document stakeholder and operator requirements.
Prioritize features based on value, risk, and feasibility.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
Engage with government entities, operators, and partners.
Coordinate with vendors and system integrators.
Support onboarding and adoption of ICCC solutions.
Facilitate workshops and product governance forums.
Delivery & Lifecycle Management
Work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Support testing, commissioning, and release planning.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and user feedback.
Drive continuous product improvement.
Performance & Value Tracking
Define product KPIs and success metrics.
Monitor benefits realization and operational impact.
Provide executive dashboards and product performance reports.
