1. Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide expert advice on gardening products, plants, tools, and outdoor decor.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

2. Sales:

    • Promote and sell gardening products and services to meet sales targets.
    • Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs.
    • Upsell and cross-sell related products to enhance the customer experience.

3. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all garden department products.
    • Stay updated on the latest gardening trends and best practices.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops as required.

4. Merchandising and Stock Management:

    • Ensure products are well-displayed and organized in the department.
    • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
    • Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.

5. Sales Reporting:

    • Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
    • Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Garden Department Manager and other team members to achieve department goals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

7. Store Maintenance:

    • Ensure the garden department is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
    • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
