1. Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on gardening products, plants, tools, and outdoor decor.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
2. Sales:
- Promote and sell gardening products and services to meet sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products to enhance the customer experience.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all garden department products.
- Stay updated on the latest gardening trends and best practices.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
4. Merchandising and Stock Management:
- Ensure products are well-displayed and organized in the department.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.
5. Sales Reporting:
- Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Garden Department Manager and other team members to achieve department goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
7. Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the garden department is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
