Experience
· Review and manage the Interface Management Plan.
· Act as the central point of contact between Contractors, Vendors, and the Client to ensure interface issues are identified, communicated, and resolved effectively.
· Monitor and resolve interface issues during all project phases, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project schedules.
· Maintain and update the Interface Tracking Register and ensure accurate status reporting in the Project Monthly Report.
· Develop, maintain, and monitor the Interface Matrix and Plan to ensure all interfaces are clearly defined and tracked.
· Provide technical assistance and act as a focal point for resolving issues of competing priorities or technical compatibility.
· Liaise with the engineering team to ensure interfaces are clearly defined and integrity is maintained.
· Participate in and support meetings related to interface issues to provide technical input and facilitate resolution.
· Support the definition and maintenance of the project risk register to identify and mitigate interface-related risks.
· Oversee all integration and interface activities up to and including project handover.
· Ensure scope integrity and alignment between all interfacing parties
