Job Title: International Buyer Development Officer or Marketing Manger
Identify and connect with international rice buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and supermarket chains.
Generate qualified import leads through online platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, and networking.
Develop and maintain a strong international buyer database.
Conduct market research to identify new import opportunities and emerging markets.
Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders.
Maintain long-term business relationships with global clients.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Trade Shows & B2B Events
Represent the company at BIRC and other international trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, food expos, and export promotion events in India.
Arrange meetings with prospective buyers during exhibitions and events.
Follow up with leads generated from exhibitions and convert them into business opportunities.
Plan and execute international marketing campaigns for rice products.
Promote company products through digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and trade portals.
Coordinate branding and promotional activities for international markets.
Prepare presentations, catalogs, and product profiles for buyers.
