  • In-House Automation Development: Engage in the development of in-house automation processes and tools to streamline business operations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with the motor vendor to ensure that all reported changes/issues by the business team are addressed promptly, and that the product is successfully moved to production.
  • Service Desk Management: Ensure that all service requests and change requests assigned to the IT Support Service Desk are handled within the stipulated timelines.
  • Business Continuity (BAU): Maintain production continuity and support Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Report and Schedule Development: Develop new reports and schedules based on business user requests.
  • Production Issue Debugging: Diagnose and resolve production issues by identifying their root causes.
  • Motor API Development and Enhancement: Develop and enhance internal and aggregator Motor APIs.
  • Motor Pricing Changes: Implement pricing changes for new campaigns or adjustments to existing rates.
  • Motor Pricing Configuration: Configure pricing models for motor dealerships.
  • Integration Management: Implement changes to system integrations as needed.
  • Process Automation: Automate month-end processes, email notifications, one-click renewals, and other business processes to increase efficiency.
  • Reporting Portal Management: Oversee and manage the ePortal reporting system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates..
