Drive B2B and enterprise sales of Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Qatar/GCC market Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with customer needs Manage and grow key enterprise accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets Handle RFPs, tenders, and commercial negotiations Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports using CRM tools Collaborate with Microsoft partner ecosystem and participate in co-selling activities Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft product updates
