RapidData Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager (Software Specialization) to drive business growth in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, account management, and business development within the IT industry. The role requires a deep understanding of software solutions, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand RapidData Technologies' software solutions in the Saudi market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support teams, to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi business regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in IT software sales and business development in Saudi Arabia.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, enterprise software, cloud computing, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Networking: Established connections with decision-makers and influencers in the IT industry.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and present complex software solutions effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant sales or IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce) are a plus.
