About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this entry-level role, you will provide first-line technical assistance, maintain system stability, and ensure excellent customer service for internal users.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on Windows and Linux systems
Manage user accounts and permissions
Monitor network performance and assist with network support tasks
Record, track, and escalate support tickets using help desk software
Communicate effectively with end users to understand and address their needs
Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment and peripherals
Required Qualifications:
0–1 years of experience in IT support or a related role
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux administration
Hands-on technical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with network support fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
Experience using help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Strong customer service and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox)
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
