Monitor fuel consumption, equipment condition, and report maintenance and technical observations.

Ensure completion of operational documents, manifests, and required signatures.

Handle operational issues and emergency cases and immediately report them to management.

Maintain discipline and compliance with working hours and operational instructions.

Receive operational petty cash/cash advances and close and submit all related supporting documents within the required time.

Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Support management in achieving operational targets and maintaining service quality.
