Utilize AutoCAD software to prepare architectural layouts based on concept design drawings. This includes detailing furniture, ceiling arrangements, flooring layouts, partitions, sections, and elevations according to project requirements.

Generate architectural details and shop drawings, encompassing spot and fixing details of flooring, ceiling installations, partitions, screens, signages, and other architectural elements as dictated by project specifications.

Develop shop drawings for custom fabricated joinery and furniture, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.

The candidate should be efficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp and have knowledge of 3Dmax to be able to take all the details from 3D to CAD, should have well knowledge in authority approvals, joinery drawings, architectural drawings, and basic knowledge of MEP

Two year work experience as a Draftsman specially Joinery & fit-out works

Prepare the joinery cutting list for all loose wooden/metal furniture and case goods

Prepare, read, and interpret drawings and sketches

Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team

Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions

Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production

Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers, and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes
