The Joinery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all joinery works at site and/or workshop, ensuring high-quality production, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Supervise and coordinate all joinery works (carpentry, woodwork, furniture installation, fit-out works).

• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.

• Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to carpenters and helpers.

• Ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.

• Monitor material usage and coordinate with store/purchase for requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship quality.

• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades.

• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment.

• Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency of the team.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at site/workshop.

• Report daily progress, issues, and delays to management.
