Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all joinery works on site (woodwork, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, counters, etc.)

• Coordinate with joinery factory, carpenters, and subcontractors

• Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications

• Monitor installation quality, finishing, and workmanship standards

• Plan and control daily manpower and work schedules

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, and other trades

• Identify site issues and ensure timely rectification

• Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping at site

• Report daily progress and material requirements to management
