We are looking for a smart and reliable Automation Specialist to help us adapt and set up automation systems for our clients. You will receive ready-made automation templates and your job is to adjust them for each client – connect their tools, systems, websites, and make sure everything works smoothly.

You don’t need to be a professional coder – but you must understand how online tools and APIs work, enjoy solving problems, and be willing to test things until it works. You’ll work directly with the founder and help build powerful automation systems using tools like n8n, Make, WordPress, Webflow, Voice AI, and more.

This is not a one-time freelance job – we are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with us.

Your Main Tasks:

• Use our automation templates (e.g. in n8n or Make) and customize them for each new client
• Connect tools like email, forms, CRM, payment systems, calendars, voicebots, etc.
• Set up automations on platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or other websites
• Make sure all automations work correctly – test, fix, and test again
• Help integrate Voice AI agents into the customer’s system
• Update and improve automations when needed
• Communicate regularly with the founder to report progress and ask questions
• Learn and improve your skills step by step
