Position Summary:
As a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR), your main job will be to find new potential customers in the MENA region who might want to use our Salesforce CRM. You will focus on reaching out to companies that don’t know us yet and work closely with senior sales team members to help grow our customer base. We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and has a natural interest in sales and business.
Important Note:
Due to the nature of this position, fluency in Arabic at C-level proficiency or being a native Arabic speaker is essential. Since you will work only with Arabic-speaking companies in the MENA region, knowing the language and culture is very important to build good relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Find new business opportunities to help increase our sales in the MENA region.
• Research companies and reach out to them by adding contacts, sending emails, and making cold calls.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Handle several tasks at once and manage your time well.
