Alantys Technology currently has an opening for a full-time Junior Buyer in Dubai.

Qualified candidate must be skilled in Data Entry in ERP systems and familiar with the purchasing process. The ideal candidate must be able to understand commodity products trading, supplier/product qualifying process, negotiation and purchase order placement.

The ideal candidate is able to handle pressure and is highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review quotes, negotiate prices, enter accurate data, follow up with placed orders, schedule delivery, and maintain necessary records.

• Search for and locate parts for RFQ’s (Request for Quotations) generated from the sales department.
• Properly qualify product offers from vendors for potential purchase.
• Negotiate best prices, best quality, proper delivery, and terms of payment.
• Accurately enter the quotes and related data in ERP.
• Place purchase orders and expedite them with the suppliers under the instructions of the purchasing manager.
• Interact with the sales department on RFQ’s and other purchase related issues.
• Develop vendor relationships to maximize quality of service.
